There are so many women out there like you and I that find that nine-to-five job restrictive and boring. I know I use to spend hours on in talking it up with my family and friends about starting my own business and quitting my nine-to-five for good. I found that there was limited mobility and of course that invisible glass ceiling that no one in Corporate America like to talk about, made it even harder to go to a place that I knew was making the owner rich and me insane. Yes insane, because of not being able to take my little one to school, sitting in rush hour traffic, hoping I made it to this place of work that I didn’t enjoy safely, and sitting in my cubicle for the next eight hours day in and day out.
Well it’s not surprising that some motivated individuals like us find that side hustle that we enjoy doing and help that it saves us from having to work FOREVER for someone else. I would love to work for home and build my business and help others achieve their business goals.
I decided that I would be a transformational coach, after some education and training; I started helping start-up businesses like mine grow. This opportunity was exciting to me. And let’s face the goal of working at home and traveling more around the globe will definitely remove those daily JOB troubles that we go through in the corporate arena.
How did I get started you ask? Interesting enough I found coaches that helped me in the area of coaching and business building strategies. It is hard work and also rewarding. Moving pass the fear and gaining the confidence is only half the battle, I have learned to implement fast and second guest slowly. Now I understand that going out on your own can be a tough venture if you don’t know what you’re doing.
