Get those business structures set up prior to traveling – Here are my top three structures to have in place while traveling. – Virtual Assistant ~ Have your assistant to set up your Auto responders, handle your travel arrangements. Keep your assistant in the loop so if there are any tech issues while you traveling your tech support team can handle these issues. – Copy Bundling ~ Prior to traveling take a few hours out to bundle your content, which includes newsletters, articles, marketing and social media post, include a calendar and send it over to your VA to schedule out for you. – Calendar/Schedule ~ Make sure to have a online calendar set up with all your client calls and any appointments that you are committed to and prioritize your travel around your appoints.

Outlining your trip – Write out where you want to go sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, and family/friends that you want to visit during your trip. Having an outline helps you research what you really want to do during your travels so nothing is forgotten. Most cities have an online travel guide to assist in outlining the must see sites and eatery’s.

The travel essentials – Wear a comfy travel outfit and shoes with a large tote bag to put all of your electronics and plugs in. I always pass this tip along because it has been most helpful for me which is rose water in a travel size spray bottle for hydration don’t forget any other of your favorite lotions in a travel size bottle. Getting a massage is always helpful after a flight or car ride, so check out the hotel spa and if you traveling with your hubby get couples massage. Create a travel checklist to ensure that you don’t leave without everything that you want to take. Here is a site that in a few clicks you can generate a free checklist (which is so helpful). http://www.travelschecklist.com/ print and happy travels.
